With strong support from the major shareholders, the combination of the two companies will promote the business development of chlor-alkali products and services. This will allow AGC Vinythai to become a larger chlor-alkali player in the Southeast Asia region.
AGC Vinythai Public Company Limited is a manufacturer and distributor of chlor-alkali products in the intermediate petrochemical industry. Its PVC resins are distributed to manufacturers who reprocess PVC into finished products in the downstream petrochemical industry. The key products include PVC resins, caustic soda, and epichlorohydrin.
