- Perform day-to-day PR to PO operations in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal users/customers by providing information, updates, and support to meet purchasing requirements.
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships to ensure service quality, delivery performance and cost competitiveness.
- Handle contract management activities, including new contracts, renewals, extensions, terminations, and ongoing monitoring and control within assigned areas.
- Identify and drive ROCE improvement opportunities through spare parts and warehouse inventory, optimization, utilizing data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives in the assigned scope.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Engineering or other related fields.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, procurement, or related functions.
- Experience in overseas procurement including import processes and documentation, is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ERP system is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent command of Thai and good proficiency in English.
- Basic data analysis skills, with proven experience using tools such as: M/S Access, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and spare parts used in the petrochemical or chemical industry or Related mechanical equipment.
