หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of semiconductor test equipment, including automated test equipment (ATE) and associated peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, and software components of test systems.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
Participate in the installation, qualification, and calibration of new test equipment.
Monitor equipment performance, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance uptime, yield, and throughput.
Develop and update maintenance procedures, documentation, and training materials for technicians.
Support process improvements and technology transfers, ensuring equipment readiness for new product introductions.
Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards within a cleanroom environment.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for equipment service and parts procurement.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of electronics, electrical schematics, and mechanical systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues.
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and safety regulations.
Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, C++) for test equipment control is a plus.
