หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- การขออนุญาตนำของเสียออกนอกโรงงาน (I-industry website)
- ควบคุมและประสานงานเอกสารหนังสือสัญญาการจัดของเสีย (Liability)
- ตรวจสอบ,ติดตาม และ รวบรวมเอกสาร การแจ้งของเสียออกนอกโรงงาน (กอ.2)
- ลงข้อมูลบันทึกน้าหนักของเสียประจำวัน
- รายงานการจัดเก็บ,จัดการของเสียประจำปี ผ่านระบบ I-single form พร้อมจัดทำรายงาน
- จัดทาเอกสาร SDS หรือ ข้อมูลความปลอดภัยสารเคมี ตามรูปแบบ สอ.1
- ควบคุมการตรวจวัดจุดตรวจสอบของโรงงานและรายงานตรวจวัดสิ่งแวดล้อม
- สำรวจและ รายงานข้อมูลวัตถุอันตราย วอ.อก.7
HT Supply Chain Solution (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is looking for the Waste and Chemical Documentation Management Officer (Contract 1 Year). This position will be working at Ayutthaya.
Responsibilities
- Applying for permission to transport industrial waste outside the factory (via the I-Industry website).
- Controlling of documentation and contractual agreements related to waste disposal (Liability).
- Verifying, monitoring, and compiling documents for the Notification of Waste Leaving the Factory (กอ.2).
- Recording daily waste weight data.
- Preparing and submitting the annual waste storage and management report through the I-Single form system, along with relevant documentation.
- Preparing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) or Chemical Safety Information (สอ.1) as required.
- Supervising factory inspection points and preparing environmental monitoring reports.
- Conducting surveys and reporting information on hazardous substances (วอ.อก.7).
คุณสมบัติ
- อายุระหว่าง 23 – 35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 0–2 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา วิทยาศาสตร์สิ่งแวดล้อม, อาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษที่ดี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ที่ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา
Qualification
- Age between 23 – 35 years old
- 0–2 years of work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or other related fields
- Good English communication skills
- Able to work in Ayutthaya
