Property Consultant – Leasing (Retail/Commercial Space)

- Conduct property tours and present leasing proposals to potential tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms in alignment with company policies and project positioning.
- Maintain relationships with existing tenants and manage renewals or expansion requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, project, operations) to facilitate smooth leasing processes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare leasing reports, deal summaries, and tenant profiles for management review.
- Support the development of tenant mix strategies that enhance the value of the project.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail or commercial property leasing.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to manage multiple projects and work both independently and as part of a team.
