- Plan, control, and monitor daily goods issuance operations within the warehouse to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Ensure warehouse facilities and storage areas are properly maintained and suitable for the types of products stored.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to support smooth warehouse and distribution operations.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, including warehouse space utilization, inventory movement, goods issuance, inventory balance, and other related reports, for management review.
- Continuously review, improve, and develop operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide guidance, supervision, and support to team members to ensure correct work practices and achievement of departmental and warehouse KPIs.
- Utilize available systems and tools to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor work progress and promptly report operational issues, risks, or delays to supervisors to enable timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Attend all required safety training programs related to job responsibilities and strictly comply with safety standards.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) during work activities.
- Comply with all company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, including Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental policies.
- Immediately report any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or work-related incidents to supervisors without delay.
- Participate in annual emergency response, evacuation, and fire drill exercises as required by the company.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Prepare and submit reports as assigned.
- Execute daily tasks in accordance with supervisors’ instructions, maintaining high standards of performance and continuously improving work quality to meet established operational standards.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all related records for audit and reference purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or system control (supervisory experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and warehouse systems (WMS, ERP, or similar systems).
- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external customers effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
