Head of Distribution Center
บริษัท ซีเจ โลจิสติคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Experience working in or with major Thai logistics or retail companies, understanding local market dynamics.
3. Have experience managing logistics teams of over 500 employees, or those confident and eager to take on large-scale operations management challenges.
4. Candidates who seek exposure to cutting-edge logistics systems, automation, and large-scale operations in a best-in-class distribution environment.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
6. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
7. Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and logistics software tools.
8. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive performance through metrics and KPIs.
9. Fluency in English.
10. Able to work at Bangkok and Wang-Noi area.
