Financial Supervisor

This role is crucial for overseeing the financial health of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep financial acumen, and the ability to drive key financial decisions that support our company's growth and profitability.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance/accounting with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis (FP&A).
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP/Financial software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
