Inventory Manager (Construction)

- Oversee and manage all inventory operations for multiple large-scale construction projects.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize material loss.
- Monitor stock levels, plan material replenishment, and coordinate with procurement and site teams.
- Review and verify material requests, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, labeling, and issuance of materials.
- Track material usage, conduct regular stock checks, and prepare inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in material handling and storage.
- Analyze inventory data and recommend improvements to optimize material management efficiency.
- Manage and supervise inventory staff, including training and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, inventory control systems, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP systems).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Safety-conscious with understanding of proper material handling standards.
- English communication skills (preferred).

The company has a long-standing history, originating from a small engineering firm in Denmark, founded by Dr. Rudolph Christiani and Captain Aage Nielsen on February 28, 1904.
