• Lead and manage the full scope of
Employee Relations to strengthen engagement and maintain a positive work culture.
• Provide expert advice and handle issues related to disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure company compliance with Thai labor laws, internal regulations, and corporate HR policies.
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments such as HR, Legal, and Management to ensure consistent and fair practices.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and relations initiatives that enhance morale, motivation, and teamwork.
• Manage overall security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees and company assets.
• Develop and implement security policies, risk prevention plans, and standard procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate with external security service providers and contractors.
• Oversee emergency preparedness activities, including fire drills and other safety training programs.
• Prepare periodic reports, analyze data, and propose improvements for both employee relations and security management systems.
