หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1.) To follow up and expedite machine buy-off for support NPIMass volume to meet a plan.

2.) Detailed machine planning to successfully execute on set up, conversion and preventive maintence.

3.) Day to day execute effective Process Preventive Maintenance plan and adequate spare parts supply.

4.) Deep knowledge skills in PLC Delta, Omron and Panasonics Software

5.) Deep knowledge skills in GR&R, Correlation and Minitab

6.) Cooperating with teams regarding improvement projects e.g. Kaizen Projects, Productity Improvent, Yield Improve.

7.) Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
At least 1–3 years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering, or Industrial Manufacturing (new graduates may be considered in some cases).
Knowledge of machinery maintenance, electrical systems, mechanical systems, or automation.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot machine problems.
Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).
Ability to read engineering drawings and machinery manuals.
Basic computer skills, such as MS Excel and MS Office.
Good teamwork and communication skills; experience in an industrial plant or production line environment.
Knowledge of PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
