• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and plans in compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards.
• Develop, analyze, and implement SHE strategies, policies, and annual plans.
• Develop Safety Management System requirements and KPIs.
• Establish preventive measures and propose improvements to reduce workplace risks.
• Organize and lead key EHS meetings.
Inspection, Audit & Continuous Improvement
• Lead site inspections, risk assessments, and EHS audits.
• Identify root causes of safety issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare EHS reports and present performance updates to management.
• Track regulatory changes and implement required improvements.
Culture Development
• Promote strong safety awareness and proactive safety behaviors among employees and contractors.
• Execute EHS communication and recognition programs to strengthen safety culture.
• Organize campaigns, internal communication, and awareness activities.
Team Management
• Lead internal EHS team and supervise contractor EHS personnel.
• Set performance standards and coach the team toward effective EHS delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, and all project functions.
Organizing
• Manage SHE programs and activities in alignment with company strategies.
• Provide training and awareness programs for all employees to enhance compliance and safe practices.
Monitoring
• Oversee SHE audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Analyze incidents/accidents, identify root causes, and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
• Monitor compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other SHE management systems.
Improving
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness throughout the organization.
• Continuously drive improvements in SHE performance, aligning with corporate sustainability goals.
