Product Launch & Sales Performance:
- Develop and execute plans for launching new products across all brand categories.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective campaign strategies.
Training & Development:
- Arrange and facilitate product training sessions for department staff.
- Support team skill enhancement to improve overall performance.
Livestreaming Coordination:
- Plan and schedule livestreams, ensuring seamless execution and performance monitoring.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure campaign success.
