3. Analyze frequently encountered issues and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Learn the operations and procedures of each platform in detail to help improve the store’s performance score.
5. Immediately report serious customer complaints that could significantly impact the company to supervisors for prompt resolution.
6. Create orders to ensure timely delivery according to the requirements of each platform.
7. Follow up on tasks assigned by the supervisor, including updating all reports.
1. Bachelor's degree in any related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience).
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai; English proficiency is a plus.
3. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle complaints professionally and empathetically.
4. Fast typing skills and ability to respond quickly via chat (within 30 seconds during working hours).
5. Ability to analyze customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
