1. Manage and oversee all dealers in the Northeastern region in accordance with company policies and sales strategies.
2. Focus on developing and driving sales performance with Top Dealers to achieve sell-out (SO) targets.
3. Collaborate closely with Store Managers to plan and push sales activities at store level.
4. Supervise, coach, and motivate PC and in-store sales staff to improve sales skills and customer service performance.
5. Conduct regular product training for store staff covering all TCL product categories.
6. Inspect, plan, and improve display and merchandising areas to ensure brand standards are met.
7. Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, store managers, and key stakeholders.
9. Track sales performance, analyze results, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
