- Trains and instructs users on the use of computerized equipment and systems and other communications devices so that the users can effectively perform their jobs.
-Troubleshooting of applications & network problems.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of technology within the department.
- Provides inventory services for all technology and related items.
- Document solutions to problems regarding standard IT applications and record them in the IT Knowledge Base
- Develops and maintains user and application procedure manuals.
- Develops, disseminates and enforces policies on technology and communication devices.
-Insures that the appropriate file backup procedures on computer systems are being performed and the backup date is securely safeguarded
