Mechanical Engineer,

- Prepare technical and service information and send it to branches in advance for learning in advance to help make technicians and customer service officers more confident and to prevent damage while providing services.
- Organize training in both theoretical and practical systems. According to the curriculum set by the company and improve and develop the course content according to the needs of executives, district managers, branch managers and the work ability of customer service officers and technicians.
- Check maintenance work and provide good repair services to customers
Basic Purpose/Accountabilities
- Manage Training courses in mechanical engineering for the company's employees.
- Control and inspect the service quality of employees in accordance with the training curriculum.
- Always develop products and services in the field of mechanical engineering to be efficient and up to date.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering or related project management of Engine oil change service center.
- Have experience at the expert level in the automotive service center special consideration.
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience as an automotive service centers.
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD effectively.
- Have a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
- Solid Automotive Engineering background with field experience more than 1 years
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Interpersonal skill / team player
