Business Analyst Officer (Platform / Solution-focused)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and co-design end-to-end system solutions with stakeholders
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with developers and QA to design test scenarios, test cases, and support SIT/UAT
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning
• Manage requirement changes and assess impact on scope, timeline, and dependencies
• Support system deployment, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure delivery quality and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex systems or digital platforms
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, solution design, and system workflows
• Hands-on experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, and test case design
• Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid environments
• Ability to work closely with developers and take ownership of delivery outcomes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience combining BA and project coordination / delivery roles
• Experience with platform-based systems, integrations, or multi-vendor environments
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping, wireframes, or basic prototyping tools
• Experience in automotive, rental, sales, or financial systems
