Job Responsibilities:
1.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Trade Finance processes and systems. (Core responsibility)
2.Work closely with stakeholders to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process improvement. (Core responsibility)
3.Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for technology teams. (Core responsibility)
4.Provide production support for Trade Finance platforms (Finacle).
5.Assist in testing phases, including developing test cases, executing UAT, and ensuring quality deliverables.
6.Provide subject matter expertise on Trade Finance products such as Letters of Credit (LC), Guarantees, Documentary Collections, Bills Discounting, and Supply Chain Finance.
7.Ensure compliance with relevant Trade Finance regulations and standards (UCP 600, URDG 758, ISBP, etc.).
8.Prepare business process documentation, workflows, and training materials.
9.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Front Office) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
