- Develop, implement, and maintain paint process procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to understand product specifications and requirements for paint application.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on painted parts to identify defects or inconsistencies and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize paint process parameters, such as temperature, humidity, and drying times, to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
- Maintain and troubleshoot paint application equipment, such as spray guns, booths, and ovens, to ensure proper functioning and minimal downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to paint operations.
- Monitor and analyze paint process data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relate (Production control, Industrial, Mechanics)
- Experience more than4 years in paint process, management and control operator.
- Skill in paint process , Computer (MS Excel and word), Bolier system and Machine & Tooling of paint system.
- Good relation and cooperate, Enthusiastic and Honest.
