1.Lead Total IMC planning & Online content development & media planning based on marketing issue
2. Tiktok Management
• Work with internal (brands and EC team) and external partners (creative & media agency) to develop the whole TikTok strategy from discovery to purchase
• TikTok trends monitor and ideation: Follow up on relevant TikTok trends timely, suggest the right direction and ideation for the brand to ride on the momentum
• Manage content calendar and live streaming, ad hoc short VDO production, KOL management, shop in shop Call to action ideas
3. Owned & Earned media management
• Lead owned media strategy_brand site/Official SNS account/membership site/CRM
• Lead paid media strategy_Display AD/SEO/SEM/OTV/AB test in media platform
• Lead earned media strategy_KOL/WOM penetration/social listening
4.Lead a creativity campaign in the focus channels based on marketing issues
5. Generate the collaborative work with internal marketing/research/creative team
6. Negotiate with & Presentation to brand/digital agency
7.Contribute to the improvement of digital marketing/CRM knowledge
8.Manage Click-Through-Rate Optimization(CTRO) & Conversion Rate Optimization(CRO) by designing onine full funnel communication
9.Set KPI/ROI of own tasks with leader/manager follow
Key Activities <Customer Experience Development>
1.Lead Trial phase tactics_category entrance brand/product/service penetration or brand switch from other competitors' brand/product/service
2.Lead Repeat Phase tactics_Realize higher repeat% of brand/product/service than other competitors' brand/product/service
3.Lead CRM tactics_Customer satisfaction score/Customer retention%/Sales conversion rate/Net Promote Score
4.Design AS-IS & TO-BE customer journey to explain trial/repeat/CRM issue
5.Consumer analysis: Contact point analysis, RFM analysis, UI/UX analysis
6.Develop & maintenance segmentation of customer database based on customer experience strategy
7.Develop tactics to gain customer feedback and visualize customer satisfaction score & evaluation
8.Revise & Update brand/product/service/Marketing 4P mix with customer feedback
9.Engage related employees to use new system/database/dashboard
10.Set KPI/ROI of own tasks with leader/manager follow
Knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree preferable in Marketing or business related.
- Have experience in CRM/owned EC management is better.
- Minimum 2 years relevant in Retail or FMCG experience would be advantage
- Posse strong knowledge of eCommerce or online business
- Good communication in English
