Job Scope:
Responsible for managing customer expectation such as: inspection bookings, preparing inspection-related documents, and maintaining clear communication with clients, buyers, factories, and inspectors. Ensures full understanding of customer SOPs and inspection procedures while providing professional service and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients regarding inspection bookings and schedules.
- Prepare and issue documents required for inspectors.
- Liaise with buyers, factories, and inspectors to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
- Analysis of Data, summary and preparing report.
- Stay updated on customer requirements and ensure full compliance with inspection procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
