Plan and implement personnel development projects to succeed according to the organization's personnel development plan each year. Compile and analyze the skills needs of personnel, design selection methods, or develop courses that are appropriate for the organization's personnel development problems or objectives. Control, oversee projects, and improve and develop techniques, methods, and tools for personnel development to be used appropriately. Provide consultation and assistance to departments and teams in personnel development within the organization.
Accountabilities:
Develop and implement personnel development plans in the organization each year in line with the organization's personnel development plan.
Analyze, and design courses, select tools, and development methods that are suitable for the organization's personnel development needs, and serve as a lecturer in training courses.
Control, oversee, monitor, and evaluate the success of personnel development projects according to objectives and goals as planned, as well as propose development directions, project adjustments, or training course improvements to be appropriate.
Implement personnel development along career paths, develop personnel according to succession plans, individual development plans (IDPs), high-potential personnel (Talent), as well as talent pool development, and determine appropriate talent development directions, along with recruiting and developing tools for use.
Analyze, evaluate, consult, and assist departments and teams in carrying out personnel development work.
Manage and control budgets related to personnel development activities, evaluate and report on resource utilization in each project responsible for.
Support and implement other organizational development projects according to the established policies.
Skill & Qualifications Required:
Skill - HR Knowledge in Human Resources Development or Training & Development
- Develop Talent/IDP
- Career Path/Succession Plan
- Develop employee development structures based on skills and competencies.
Expected Educational : Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human resources or any related field
Expected year of experience (Minimum) : 5 years' experience in Human Resoures Development or HROD
