1. Responsible for producing various baked goods including bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts according to the store's recipes and standards.
2. Inspect the quality of raw materials, accurately measure and prepare ingredients, and maintain inventory to ensure no shortages.
3. Food cost control, COG, waste under company direction.
4. Maintain a clean working environment and equipment, following by food safety protocols and hygiene of QSC.
5. Coordinate with other kitchen departments to ensure smooth and timely food service.
