- Responsible for sales activities of factory automation products, ranging from control systems to machine vision and robots
- Conduct sales demonstrations on company's wide range of products and prepare proposals to customers
- Manage existing accounts and develop new customers
- Provide training, application support and technical expertise to customers
- Make strong effort to continually upgrade product knowledge and sales techniques through on-the-job training
- Communicate and feedback to sales manager constantly on matters relating to market situation, competitor information, new entrants of products & etc.
- Monitor customer's performance constantly and be aware of any major change in operations such as new investment, expansion, contraction, retrenchment, winding up & etc.
Sales and Application Engineer (FA Control System and Vision)
- Responsible for sales activities of factory automation products, ranging from control systems to machine vision and robots
- Conduct product demonstrations and prepare proposals to customers
- Manage existing accounts and develop new customers
- Calculate engineering services based on customer requirements
- Coordinate projects from specification > engineering > testing > commissioning > support
- Designing and developing control systems, vision and robotic solutions and applications that meet customer requirement
- Provide training, application support and technical expertise to customers
Sales and Application Engineer (Industry 4.0 Solutions Project)
- Development & implementation of the factory automation solution strategies using Industry 4.0 technologies in line with the company’s business vision & goals
- Execution of the sales workflow and to discover the opportunities and markets for IIoT and Industry 4.0 solutions
- Coordination of proposal workflow
- Execution of the project workflow (Planning, Scope, Budget, Quality, Documentation)
- Present and offer solutions to customers that include: Robotic / Vision Systems / Production Performance Management / Track & Trace system / OEE System / Energy Monitoring / ANDON System / Maintenance Management / Quality Management
- Automation software used to offer solutions to customers include DCS / PLC / IPC / SCADA / MES / MOM & SQL
- Calculate engineering services based on or customer requirements (FDS/TDS)
- Coordinate small/midrange projects from specification > engineering > testing > commissioning > support
- Train & support application services to customers
Components Sales Engineer
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Control, Instrument or Mechatronics
- At least 3 years of sales and application experience in FA control system, and factory automation solutions
- Knowledge of industrial automation, industrial products
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with initiative and drive
- Experience in handling similar projects for Food & Beverage / Automotive / Electronics & Semiconductor and Metal industries
- Knowledge in PLC, AC Servo Motors, Inverters, HMI, Sensors, Motion Control and other relevant electronics technologies or knowledge of basic programming language / tools: C++, C#, 2D / 3D CAD will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with initiative and drive
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with sales of industrial automation products
- Experience with System Integrator is an added advantage
- Good command in English communication and computer literacy
- Own a vehicle with a driving license is preferred

- Good interpersonal and communication skills with initiative and drive
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with sales of industrial automation projects
- Experience with System Integrator is an added advantage
- Good command in English communication and computer literacy
- Own a vehicle with a driving license is preferred
