หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Operational Oversight: Assist in managing daily departmental operations to ensure efficiency, compliance with company policies, and achievement of performance targets.
Team Leadership and Supervision: Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff. Provide guidance, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure high productivity and morale.
Customer Service Excellence: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Uphold company standards to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Recommend process improvements where applicable.
Inventory and Resource Management: Assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary resources. Coordinate supply chain or procurement activities as required.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to health, safety, legal, and organizational standards. Conduct routine checks to mitigate risk and support a safe working environment.
Budget and Cost Control: Support the development and monitoring of departmental budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.
Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between management and staff, facilitating clear communication and efficient workflow across departments.
Problem Solving and Decision Making: Assist in identifying operational challenges and implementing effective solutions in a timely and strategic manner.
Acting as Manager in Absence: Assume full managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Manager, ensuring uninterrupted continuity of operations.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or relevant field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role with proven leadership responsibilities
Intermediate-level English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in speaking, writing, reading, and listening in a professional environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability
Proficiency in MS Office, social media, or other relevant software tools
Eagerness to learn and grow alongside the company
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, manage new projects, and evolve into a higher leadership role
