• Carry out daily hygiene inspections in all operational areas, including kitchens, dining areas, and public spaces.
• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and waste management procedures are followed.
• Identify potential hygiene risks and report them promptly.
• Coordinate with Stewarding and Kitchen teams to ensure proper waste segregation and pest control
• Assist in ensuring compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and observations.
• Support training programs on hygiene and safety protocols for operational staff.
• Monitor staff adherence to hygiene standards and provide guidance where needed.
• Record hygiene incidents or non-compliance and follow up on corrective actions.
• Escalate significant hygiene issues to the Hygiene Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, cleaning schedules, and hygiene reports.
• Provide regular updates to the Food and Beverage Manager on hygiene performance and improvement initiatives.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Food Safety, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in hygiene, sanitation, or food safety in hospitality, F&B, healthcare, or related operations.
• Practical knowledge of hygiene audits, cleaning standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively under supervision and collaborate with operational teams.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with hygiene inspection tools and reporting procedures.
• Understanding of waste management and cleaning protocols.
