2.Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and employee benefits
3.Employee reward / incentive
4.Conduct projects to improve work efficiency
5.Handle personal income tax, social security, and statutory deductions in compliance with labor laws
6.Coordinate with Chinese-speaking employees, HR, and Accounting teams
7.Prepare payroll reports and related documents for management
8.Maintain and verify employee data in the payroll system
9.Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
10.Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve payroll-related issues
1.Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Languange ,Chinese Business, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
2.At least 2-5 years of experience in payroll
3.Proficient in Chinese HSK5-6
4.Knowledge of labor law, personal income tax, and social security
5.Strong Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
6.High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
7.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
