- Identifying and researching potential clients or customers through various means, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Preparing and presenting sales quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with their requirements.
- Managing the administrative aspects of sales, such as processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets, often using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale.
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets set by the company, contributing to the overall revenue goals.
