2. Submit order to the system by preparing order entry form and share to Sales Administration
3. Collaborate between customer and factory regarding quality, and other related issues
4. Follow up the delivery plan in order to ensure the products will be shipped to customers on time
5. Issue the report of complaints occurrence and application form of product return by corporate with production and other
6. Solve customer's daily problems
7. Other duties as assigned especially form Senior Manager, and Manager
1. Bachelor's Degree in Management, English or related fields
2. Minimum 1-5 years of working experience in sale
3. Have Experience in import and export
4. Good command of English writing and speaking
5. Strong skill in MS Office
