Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve application-related issues reported by users, adhering to established SLAs and escalation procedures.
User Support:
Provide timely and effective support to end-users, addressing inquiries, and assisting with application usage and functionality.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of support activities, including incident reports, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and system administrators, to troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance support processes and procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of application support operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
