Assistant Sales Manager (Selling Training Program)
บริษัท แมคไทย จำกัดTo implement Sales strategiesand its operational systemsto generate revenues and other target commitments (KPIs) within available resources. To report accurately within agreed timeline.
To identify client target, create connection/visit clients, understand their needs, create proposal, co-create and design learning roadmap with trainers, negotiate to close deal, and manage service and post service delivery.
To Manage relationship with stakeholders and work closely with Marketing, Operation-including trainers, and others to launch the appropriated products/services and toolsincluding Training program, Sales kits,Digital marketing, Promotion campaign, marketing communication materials, Customization program etc.
To represent Company positively. Coordinating and nurturing relationships with key clients and strategic stakeholders internally & externally.
To create Competitive benchmark analysis with key competitors, including market analysis, understanding needs
·Have Sales& Business Development Experience in educational/training field. Strong business network is preferred.
·Strong communicate & influence skills. Fluent in Thai & English.
·Be able to work well with others. Great team player.
·Be able to organize and prioritize well.
