Senior PR Executive (Specializing in KOL, Influencer, and Celebrity Relations)

Collaboration and Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal marketing and PR teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns featuring KOLs, influencers, and celebrities. Develop creative ideas for content creation, promotions, and events that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts with KOLs, influencers, and celebrities, ensuring that terms and deliverables are clearly defined and aligned with McDonald's objectives and budget.
Content Development and Amplification: Work closely with KOLs, influencers, and celebrities to create authentic and compelling content that showcases McDonald's brand and products. Coordinate content amplification strategies to maximize reach and engagement across relevant platforms.
Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL, influencer, and celebrity collaborations, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, sentiment, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and initiatives.
Crisis Management: Serve as a spokesperson for McDonald's in interactions with KOLs, influencers, and celebrities during crisis situations or sensitive issues. Manage communication effectively to mitigate reputational risks and maintain brand integrity.
Industry Monitoring and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices related to influencer and celebrity marketing. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation to keep McDonald's ahead of the curve.
6+ years of experience in public relations, influencer marketing, or celebrity relations, preferably within the food and beverage or retail industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with KOLs, influencers, and celebrities to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Strong network of contacts within the KOL, influencer, and celebrity community.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate brand messaging effectively and build rapport with external partners.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for storytelling.
Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and ROI.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and analytics tools.
Crisis management experience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
