Position : Corporate Performance Management Specialist
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
Work Location : Yannawa, Bangkok
*Able to travel and work at any of the company’s plant locations (Phetchabun, Sakon Nakhon)
Responsibility
1.Monitor, advise, and support projects to ensure alignment with corporate directions.
2.the Project Management Office (PMO) and report project progress to the Management Team.
3.Develop and execute cross-functional initiatives that support company growth and goal achievement.
4.Prepare and review relevant corporate performance indicators.
5.Manage monthly reports for management review.
6.Identify business improvement opportunities and propose strategic solutions.
7.Prepare corporate performance reports using Power BI.
8.Analyze company data to provide strategic direction for corporate growth and sustainability.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role related to strategic planning or corporate development
- Strong knowledge in process improvement, corporate strategic planning, strategic analysis, project management, change management, and business risk management
- Good understanding of business functions and industry dynamics
- Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Confident in delivering presentations and communicating with executive-level stakeholders
- Hands-on, action-oriented mindset with a high level of accountability in project execution
- Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent and drive transformation initiatives
- Eager to learn, open to change, and committed to continuous personal and professional development

บริษัท ไทยรุ่งเรืองอุตสาหกรรม จำกัด Established on 7 May 1945 by Mr.Suree Asdathorn, Thai Roong Ruang Sugar Group is Thailand ‘s first private sugar factory, commencing its early operation since post-World War second. At that time, Thailand had suffered a severe crisis of sugar shortage. So the government supported a policy to encourage private sector to establish the sugar cane factory. However, the cost to secure the production machinery was too high since it relied on overseas import. Mr. Suree Asdathorn or better known as “Thoukae Lin” who was then an expert on mechanics had applied his skills in mechanism of iron-lathing to produce and assemble various components of locally unavailable and costly sugar producing machines. His production did not rely on any imported machinery components, and this enabled continuous operations, which result in a great success.
So far, Thai Roong Ruang Sugar Group is recognized as one of the largest sugar producer and exporter with an extensive and impeccable experience in the industry for a long period of time. At present, we operate six sugar producing factories.
