Corporate Strategy Officer

• Coordinate with all departments to gather information for preparing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Monitor the performance against each department’s KPIs and prepare reports.

2. Risk Management

• Develop the organization’s risk management framework, policies, and forms.
• Coordinate with Risk Committees in each department to identify and assess risks (Risk Identification & Assessment).
• Prepare the Risk Register, Risk Map, and consolidate mitigation plans.
• Monitor and report risk status to the Risk Management Committee.

• Review existing regulations to ensure alignment with internal control systems.
• Develop workflows in collaboration with relevant department.
• Communicate and update changes to the Approval Matrix across the organization.
• Verify process compliance with ISO policies.

• Manage and distribute Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, and Confidentiality Policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Prepare Non-Compliance Reports.

• Oversee the control of confidential documents such as contracts, strategic plans, and financial data.
• Prepare incident reports for data breaches.
• Maintain document registration in accordance with the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Law or related field
• Proven experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning 2-3 years
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Age 23 - 27 years
• Minimum GPA of 2.75
• Possess knowledge and understanding of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 standards, and PDPA compliance.
