- Gather, transform, and analyse large business data sets to be used to support a business end-to-end
performance tracking, potential business opportunities/problems, and customer characteristics and
portfolio analysis.
- Closely partner with key business front-lines to improve data for business processes and provide BI
data accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Continuously support functional front-line teams to enhance existing business processes to realise
the full potential of BI solutions.
- Provide the data requirements to the source systems’ owners for data capturing and extraction.
- Designs, develops, validates, and maintains data model, BI report, and dashboard based on the
mock-ups from BI Business and ensures that business users’ requirements are achieved
- Assists BI Business to perform user acceptant test
- Understands technical aspects of the BI software and the technical architecture to be able to solve
issues reported by the business users
- Monitors BI system and application performance and report findings to IT administrators and
developers to drive improvements
- Support implemented BI solutions by monitoring and tuning queries and data loads, addressing user
questions concerning data integrity, monitoring performance, and communicating functional and
technical issues.
- Provide appropriate feedback and coach business users to do their own dashboard
- Monitor own performance and address gaps/improvement opportunities; prepare monthly / quarterly
performance report
- Identify Scheduling and improvement initiatives and coordinate with related teams to find a solution
and implement it
- Ensure the right level of development, configuration, and process changes based on business
requirements (keep it simple)
- Monitor performance variance against KPIs target with key stakeholders (Scheduling, Master
Planning, Production, Processes, etc.) and provide corrective actions
- Share best practices in scheduling among team members
