Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Category Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between our marketing and sales teams, driving growth in Essence category & New category across channel. This role requires a strategic thinker for analyzing shopper insights and a strong ability to lead team and collaborate across various functions.
• Analyze market/ channel data, competitors’ movement, and campaign performance, identify key business growth drivers, opportunities and do year plan.
• Work Closely with Cross Functional Team to Develop Category Strategy, Product Portfolio, Assortment by Channel.
• Be responsible for setting competitive pricing points, providing price guidelines to sale team and adjusting the pricing to ensure competitiveness
• Plan & follow up annual trade plans, promotional activities
• Plan & Coordinate with cross functional team to ensure excellent execution at store level for assigned category.
• Monitor and track result of activity to ensure execution effectiveness.
• Manage & control spending of all activation programs
• Supervising & Leading team to analyze trade area, efficient planning on project management, promotional activities and close gap plan to achieve a company goal.
