Sales Manager

- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and discuss sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new sales team members.
- Provide ongoing training and development to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.
