- Support end‑to‑end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to support manpower requirements.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and employer‑branding activities.
- Coordinate internship and cooperative education programs with universities and internal teams.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and related documentation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Political Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years in recruitment and manpower planning.
- Skills & Knowledge: Recruitment and selection techniques, Manpower management, Subcontractor management,
- Labor law and Computer literacy, English communication skills.
- Familiarity with quality and safety standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)
- Ability to comply with Human Rights and Labor principles.
- Air conditioned bus ,Library, playground field , Uniform and safety shoes
- Allowance on a particular occasion such as funeral, wedding, etc.
