-Ensure invoices are issued on time and accurately.
-Ensure Job Costing on level Hawb are done correctly
-Responsible for the document processing for the shipment of the assigned route.
-Administer accurate & complete file archiving.
-Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Female, age between 22-35 years old.
- Vocational or Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
- 1-2 years working experience in Shipping Line, Freight Forwarder and/or logistics will be advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office and e-mail communication.
- Good personality and Human Relationship.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Being service-minded oriented and self-motivated.
