Qualifications
● Fresh graduates are welcome (0–2 years experience). Internship or part-time experience in admin, operations customer onboarding, compliance, or data entry is a plus.
● Detail-oriented and thorough: able to review applicant profiles, documents, and portal records carefully with high accuracy and consistency.
● Strong decision-making skills: able to make sound judgments based on SOPs/policies (e.g., pass / request more info / escalate) and handle routine cases independently.
● Comfortable with systems and portals: able to navigate internal platforms, update records, and maintain clean, well-organized data.
● Clear communication: able to guide customers through onboarding steps and explain required documents in a polite, professional manner.
● Problem awareness and escalation mindset: able to spot discrepancies, potential risks, or technical issues and escalate with clear evidence and context.
● Time management: able to handle multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet daily turnaround targets
