- To control for payment process and support for budgeting.
- Oversee payment operation and support budgeting.
- Responsible for payment process, incl. payment vouchers, cheque payment / deposit, and keep documents.
- Prepare bank reconciliation related to payment transactions for periodic closing.
- Follow-up vendor payment, WHT, and keep documents.
- Handle petty cash cashier.
- Other Ad-hoc.
- Master/Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business Administration in Accounting & Finance or other relevant field.
- 3-5 years experience as Finance staff or other relevant experiences.
- Extensive experience in financial management
- Handled cash flow management, payment collection, and overdue.
- Followed-up customer payment collection and kept documents.
- Prepared payment, coordinated for payment, and kept documents.
- Financial forecasting.
- Strategic financial planning abilities.
- Leadership skill.
- Good at analytical skill.
- Strong communication skill.
- Knowledge on corporate finance.
