Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in timely and professional manner.
3) Performance Management:
Support the performance management process by assisting in setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluations.
4) Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Assist in developing training materials and resources tailored to the needs of employees in organization.
5) HR Policy and Compliance:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure the organization’s HR practices remain compliant.
6) HR Administration:
Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
7) Employee Engagement:
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
8) Payroll Administration:
Assist and support in monthly payroll both of Thais and Expatriates employees.
