This position is open to fresh graduates in fields related to medical devices or health sciences who are interested in pursuing a career in medical device sales.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in the sales function under a 3-month contract. The contract may be extended if the employee demonstrates strong interest in developing a long-term career in sales.
Once a permanent position becomes available and the trainee sales staff is assessed to be ready for the role, they may be promoted to a Sales Representative position as a permanent employee.
Responsibilities:
- In co-operation with the Sales Manager to set up sales targets and business strategies as well as being responsible for implementation and actively follow up.
- To build product propositions with existing customers, and identify new business opportunities.
- To establish and continuously improve product & market knowledge, so as to be more efficient.
- To establish solid communication, co-ordinate with all existing and new clients proving good base for sales growth.
- Proactively work with Field Sales Specialists to identify opportunities/new sales lead, support in preparing quotation and follow up with customers.
