Key Responsibilities
• Develop, review, and update safety, occupational health, and environmental policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with Thai regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Design and prepare training manuals, instructional materials, and curricula related to occupational health, safety, and environmental management (SHE).
• Deliver SHE training programs and act as an instructor; coordinate with external experts for specialized training as needed.
• Assess training effectiveness and prepare comprehensive training reports.
• Coordinate with relevant government agencies such as the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.
• Monitor new SHE laws, regulations, and standards, and integrate changes into training materials and program development.
• Provide consultancy services to clients or external organizations on SHE management systems and compliance.
• Offer guidance and technical support to the internal Academy team, Safety Officers, and related operational staff.
• Support business development initiatives by co-developing new training programs aligned with market and customer needs, assisting in sales presentations, customer engagement, and enhancing the professional image and credibility of the company’s SHE services.
