• Ensure the promotion and in-store activities of the assigned products are in place (at the right place and at the right time) as agreed with the Clients
• Closely monitor and keep update to Key Account Supervisor/Manager the product assortment, product availability, stock level and display compliance at the responsible branches of the Chain Drugstores
• Check the product expiry date in responsible Chain Drugstores’ branches and try to minimize the spoilt goods
• Provide Customers with all operational supports including effective communication to increase sales out using key elements of merchandising tools such as assortment, layout of store, Plan-o-gram and product knowledge
• Update the database to prepare the market situation, weekly shortage report, monthly missing display, monthly promotion, in-store activities reports and competitor’s movement including its sales out data
• Cooperate with Key Account Specialists to enhance communication and improve Customer service excellence
• Build strong business relationships with the Store Managers of Chain Drugstores
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
