The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to provide actionable insights that will drive our marketing strategies and business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the beauty industry.
- Collect and organize data from various sources, including market reports, surveys, social media, and internal databases.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that can inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Consumer Insights: Generate consumer insights by analyzing customer feedback, reviews, and social media engagement.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the strategies of key competitors, identifying strengths and weaknesses to inform our marketing approach.
- Report Generation: Create regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the marketing team and management.
- Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing intelligence, market research, or data analysis, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and data collection techniques.
- Familiarity with consumer behavior analysis and market segmentation.
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
