• Manage full-spectrum HR functions, including both HRM and HRD
• Set departmental KPIs
• Handle training operations
• Coordinate and support ISO audits
• Conduct employee performance evaluations
• Manage bonus payments
• Administer salary and position adjustments
• Handle labor complaints and employee relations issues
• Oversee general administrative (GA) tasks
• Serve as an interpreter for the Japanese GM
• Other tasks as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Any Gender
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field.
• At least 5 years working experience in HR field from any manufacturing.
• At least 1 year of management experience as Assistant Manager or higher level.
• Must have payroll experience.
• Must have strong knowledge of labor law.
• Able to effectively handle labor-related complaints.
• Conversational high level of Japanese to communicate with JP GM (N3 high level can try)
• Conversational daily level of English (Email and document)
• Able to attend face to face interview.
• Business level of Japanese will be preferable
• JLPT N1 will be preferable

Working Hour: 7:50-17:30 (Mon-Fri (Saturday Working - None))
