• Monitor changes in labor laws; update and review work rules and regulations; and provide explanations and knowledge to employees regarding these rules and regulations.
• Responsible for Compliance training with employees and monitoring whether employees are following the rules.
• Plan and establish policies for labor relations activities.
• Prepare information for the establishment and review of employee welfare and benefits.
• Coordinate with labor unions to consult on matters related to employment conditions and labor issues, including preparing information to support collective bargaining.
• Plan and establish policies for developing communication materials and channels between employees and the company.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 32-40 years
• Male Gender
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in labor relations in manufacturing industry.
• At least 2-3 years of management experience in Supervisor level or higher.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Conversational middle level of English. (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for emails and document (100% in English), internal communication.
• Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing organization, Automotive Industries is preferable
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Can Join Jan- Feb 2026 will be preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon - Fri (average 3-5 Saturdays/year))
