- Responsible for loan product development and portfolio (also other new initiative products)
- Developing initiative/reshape product and process ; seek to expand business opportunity and segmentation
- Understanding customer behavior and segmentation and enable to execute activities to drive portfolio growth
- Co-ordinate with related departments in order to launch new process/new programs/new regulation according to cash card/new product
- Performance Tracking, Analysis, Propose the solution to improve performance and update monthly presentation to management
- At least Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, Management, Communications or related fields
- Experienced on loan/card marketing campaign, product or business development is advantage
- Enjoy to work as a team and eager to learn new things.
- Excellent in interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proactive Approach toward work. Self-managed
